Last time I checked ( a couple years ago) th farmers market bulletin had listings for them.

There are some quality pen raised flight conditioned birds in Dublin but I assume you aren't willing to travel that far.

You might check with Buckeyes Plantation in Social Circle, they have birds and also let the Midsouth chapter of NAVHDA come out and train dogs once a month.
