Seems like this group came up recently in the HTF or somewhere else on the site. I don't remember what the consensus was, but the topic feels familiar.

TNVC has some affiliation with them and their Night Vision Operator's Course is held at telluric's facility. It comes up in the night vision forums occasionally and may have been in a newsletter recently.
