Not bad, maybe they just figured out the panic buying has eased off. The last time I was there, the prices were sky high. They wanted $35 for a lb of powder and $45.00 for 1000 small rifle primers.

Powder was still scarce....some oddball rifle stuff. Avg price was $28/lb. Plenty of Berry's bullets on the shelf too.

Seen primers regularly at that price or less just south on 75.

Was just there and powder inventory sucks !
Got the last box of SSA 308 175 grain for $19.99 which was a good price. |

Two or three times a year, they'll come out with their $25 off $100 coupons. Christmas is one of those times and I milked that one pretty good. I stocked up on CCI 500 primers and Berry's Bullets. If you can't pick these up at the store, you can usually buy them on ebay for about $3. Not sure when they'll do it again.
Not being too harsh on Cabela's but you need something to be on sale to get close to internet pricing. Coupon codes on top of that are about what it takes to go from meh to a decent deal. |
