What is the consensus on it?

Apparently gun range memberships are including in our StayFit benefit package so it would be "free".

If rather know more about the stay fit program!

Closest LGS to me, I've used them for several transfers as their fee is reasonable and it is very convenient. I don't shoot indoor ranges, so can't comment on that.

Yeah, what is this stayfit benefit package?  Part of a wellness program?

Part of our benefits package is $800 to use on fitness related purchases.  For example, I used part of mine for running shoes, Microsoft Band and contemplating using the remainder for a gun range membership since it is one of the included categories.

I'd rather an outdoor range, but Bullseye is just a few blocks down the road so its very convenient.

Wow.  I've never heard of a benefit package including gun ranges as one of the categories.. That's awesome.

Exactly what I was thinking. Range membership a qualified expense for health savings account under ACA (Obamacare)?

I kid.

Although a nice range session has a positive impact on mental health.

There is a Sport Shooting Section which covers:  Uniform*, helmet*, goggles/protective glasses*, fees and membership dues.  I don't recall seeing it until now so it may be a relatively new addition.

Sweet.

The first few times I shot an IDPA match up there (years ago) it was very clean and had a cool waterfall type back stop I'd never seen before. Last time I went no water, but the staff seemed friendly and it wasn't crowded.

Over priced guns, the range is dated and dirty, and the staff are arrogant.

I've been going there since they opened.  The range is a bit dated compared to the latest offerings such as Sharpshooters, Johns Creek or even Dead Center.  Over the years there have been some staff members who were a bit socially rough, but the current staff is one of the friendly and knowledgeable staff I know.

It's a decent range and the owner is a good guy. I go there occasionally when I don't want to drive all the way to RBGC.

I had a membership there for a few years. Ed is the owner and a very good guy.  He always makes me feel like a long lost friend when you walk in.
This is one of the ranges that has never transitioned into a high volume gun store. Probably never will  but it is a great place to shoot.
I complained to them one time about a guy that kept sweeping me with a 22 rifle.  They watched the camera, saw the guy do it and promptly escorted him out of the range and  I think they told him he was done, not sure on that but he did leave immediately.

I've only been to Bullseye 1-2x and had no complaints.  It was a bit dated, but no more than most other indoor ranges I've been to.

I had a local member reach out to me regarding SharpShooters, so I decided to stop by there today.  Much nicer place and the people that I met were extremely friendly.  Sharpshooters is a bit further away (20 min or so) but only a few minutes from wife's workplace and my daughter's daycare so it wouldn't be much of an inconvenience.

I think I'll get getting a membership at Sharpshooters instead.  Thanks for the help and feedback.  It's not an outdoor range, but my options are limited for now with that.

I thought Doug Clayton was the owner of Bullseye Marksman in Cumming?

You would be correct. I don't know who Ed is.

My mistake,  I keep thinking his name is Ed but it is Doug, nice guy, never calls me an idiot when I say     Hi Ed.

Do they allow drawing from a holster? That's why I left SharpShooters. They don't. Working on marksmanship indoors is OK, but actually training for USPSA or concealed carry would get me in there a lot more.

The owner is a really good guy.  Most of the guys in there are decent too, but there is one guy that is just a flaming dick, so I quit going as they kept him working there.  Been a couple of years, so it might be corrected.

Much prefer to drive a little further to RBGC anyway.

Bullseye doesn't either.

ETA:  Just looked at RBGC, $900 Initiation fee?  WTF?  Do they take you out to a five star steakhouse and lube you up first?  That makes as much sense as the doc fee at the car dealership.

It was less back when I joined, but is worth every penny of what they are asking now.   If you have not been, a member can take you up a time or two and show you around.   I will, if you like.

Bullseye Marksman does not "officially" allow drawing from the holster.  But if the guys there know you and are comfortable with you they will allow it.  Personally, I think the best indoor range in the area is Johns Creek.  Nice large facility, good staff, and generally no waiting.  All lanes are rifle rated.   Any type of ammunition allowed (had issues with Sharpshooters on that), no rate of fire limits, and no limitation on drawing from the holster.  If the range went out to 100 yds, it would be perfect for me.
