Well, my stamps have hit a little snag. Received a packet back from the NFA branch last week, stating that one of my forms (sent a total of 3) did not process due to "card error". Sure enough, checked my card, and only $400 was listed. Called the NFA branch, and explained the situation...not sure how there was an error, as the card information was the same on all three forms. She advised me to email pics of the form and card information, which I did, but haven't gotten a response (sent in last week).
Guess I'll have to call tomorrow.. |

No luck on getting any help from the NFA branch today. No one seems to have any clue why there was a "card error", so they transferred me to the guy who handles/processes payments. His voicemail inbox was full, with no chance to leave a message, so it kicked me out. I call back, wait on hold. AGAIN. Finally speak with the ATF's call-center customer service, and ask them how I get in touch with a guy who's inbox is full. Their response was, "You can always leave him a message". Immediate Captain Picard Facepalm. I quickly asked the lady how you leave a message when the inbox is full, all I got was crickets chirping in the background. They finally transferred me to someone named Amy, who also wasn't in their office....guess there's always tomorrow.
