Trust on a Form 1 SBR, submitted 1/11, approved and got my stamp today, 4/19.

I'm two weeks in on one form 4 and they haven't cashed my check yet, and one week in on another.
The wait sucks. |
|
I paid for a suppressor on Dec. 12, hope to see my form 4 approved soon.

I just hit 90 days waiting on a Efile Form 1 SBR trust.

2 Form 1 stamps with NFA Lawyers Trust
Efile Submitted 1/18 Approved 4/26 Examiner Heather Thompson. |

Just got one of mine in from late December. Just over 4.5 months, but picking up a can/stamp on your birthday is pretty memorable due to the odds of that happening.
|
|
3-4 months depresses me, getting ready to SBR 2 or 3 lowers...

Wanted to post in the QRF thread but can't find it. I want to note something for you guys.
Purchased form 4 with trust on 12/22 and was returned with no action in February. Apparently due to a problem with QRF's credit card at the time. QRF resubmitted but now that seems to have been lost so my application is gone. I guess im starting over and will have to wait until Xmas or so. If you are like me and prefer to purchase and "forget" to make the wait less excruciating, go check on the status. (Not blaming anyone, what happened happened. Spoke with Chris at QRF, they were professional and helpful. Just a sucky situation all around) |

They show late November still, same thing I checked on two weeks ago. |

BOA- the payment contractor in ATL will key the CC info in once- and they miskey the CC info wrong about 10% of the time. If it comes back declined they don't give it another shot, they return no action and move on to the next one. 10% is a massive amount of applications. They don't care. ETA- I started another Form 4 this week. Gemtech Aurora. Mailed on 5/3. Exect it in 2017. |

Submitted F3 / F4 3/23 Notice of check cashed (via SilencerShop.com) on 5/09 That's what I said, but this is my first, so I'm not sure what to expect. Is it likely that the month wait was waiting on the Form 3 to go through? I was told not to look for it until mid-September by the shop that is transferring to me. |
|
I'm still waiting on a Form 3 to get to my local dealer from the end of March! I'll be requesting another status update tomorrow. The 41p panic buying put a hurt on a system that was already functioning with a skeleton crew.

Not throwing SS under the bus, but had a buddy in FL order a Gemtech through them in March. Called them Friday to see if they had heard anything and was told Gemtech had not provided serial number yet and he needed to pick a different item as SS didn't think they would get a number in time for 41P to kick in. Gave him a great suggestion and a good price, but he's now 3 months further back than he was. |
|
I appreciate it, but for what it's worth, I've had a serial number since March.

Form 4's have seriously stalled out. Tell me about it. We haven't gotten a big pack of F4's in in over 10 days, which is very odd for us. I bought my suppressor back in December, still no word. |

D'oh!!! Tomorrow I guess. eForms Outage ATF eForms is unavailable on Wednesdays between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time. ATF reserves the use of the eForms system during this time to allow ATF staff to process any submitted application forms without competing for the system resources with the industry members that are trying to submit new forms. ATF also uses this time to conduct any scheduled maintenance that needs to be done on the system. We apologize for any inconvenience that this procedure may cause but we believe that the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.
