We (quietriotfirearms.com) have been using them since they first opened it up. No reason not to right now. I get most of my cans inbound on eform 3 too which helps a lot. We are still averaging right at 90-95 days on the eform 4s.

My eform form 1 just came back approved. Submitted it on 9/4/13.

E-filed a ton of stuff with Cherokee gun and pawn yesterday, it was pretty simple and everything went fast including the payment via CC. The PayGov site worked great... shocking when you look at what is going on with healthcare.gov right now. Hats off to Cherokee Gun & Pawn, those guys rock. View Quote LMAO @ healthcare.gov ref! Ha! I'm gonna go over there and buy a can for my M9, just because I can and it is Christmas. |

Just found my first items on Form 1s are approved.
Sent Mid Feb. 2013 238 days from Pending to approval 281 days from check cash to approval. About 295 days from mailing the form to approval. About how many days should I expect from approval to receiving the mail with my stamps? |
|

According to a letter sent from the ATF to my Congressman and relayed to me, the NFA branch has a backlog of 65K applications right now.

Here is my timeline... I was told today that expect approval mid January... which will make it 9 months from pending.... Form 1 SBR Corp Mailed 2/22/2013 Check Cashed 3/6/2013 Pending 4/19/2013 Days pending as of 11/20/2013 215 days but who is counting..... The sad thing is that I put it in early enough (or I thought) to present the completed SBR to my son on his 21st birthday. He is an officer in the Corporation... He is 21 in December... it ain't gonna happen Chris View Quote Just receive the approved form 1 in the Mail yesterday... so from Mail to receipt was almost 10 months....., pending 8 to receipt.... |

View Quote On December 13, I called ATF and they told me this transfer was approved on 12/11/13, just about 9 1/2 months after I mailed in the Form 4s. I haven't heard from the dealer yet . I'll let it ride one more week until I start bugging him. I've got another can that went pending 9/4/13. I was told not to expect approval on that one until about 7/1/14. Jeez... |

We got a few in from her last week. She has been very sporadic though. We did a big group buy and the forms all went in about the same time and they have been trickling in over the past month.
Snook has approved some of ours too. |

The class 3 item that got this ball rolling is a Silencerco Sparrow that was paper filed on my birthday in April 2013. Looks like I may get that one for my birthday this year in 2014.

I'm still waiting on a TiRant9 at AO...I bought it in late FEB 2013...

It looks like the eForms are speeding things up significantly! I was told by a dealer where I'm living in Alabama that people can expect 30-60 day wait times now since they started using eForms, I didn't believe them, but looks like someone on here just had 90 days, that's pretty quick!
I submitted a Form 1 for SBR on Jan 6 via eForms and through a trust, maybe I'll see a stamp here in the next couple months. I'm also about to buy a silencer, sounds like those take a bit longer. |

Can I register a lower that I own thru somebody using efile? Or would I need to buy another one?

Are you asking if you can use an efile to register a lower for an SBR? Yes, I think you can do it directly.
