The company that handles the facilities where I work is looking for a maintenance tech. I'm buddies with the lead guy. Although he's not a gun guy, he's not anti gun. He seems to be a straight shooter, excuse the pun. The maintenance company is CBRE. I tried searching their website for the job posting but couldn't find it, but I confirmed today that he is still looking for someone. Maybe your search skills are better than mine (Job Search Link). The location is in Lawrenceville near the intersection of 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway. He's looking for someone with general maintenance, electrical and plumbing experience. HVAC experience would be a plus. I know a couple of the regular techs, and they seem to be good guys.
I have no clue about the pay and benefits, but I believe CBRE is one of the biggest outfits in real estate management, so I presume the bennies are decent. If anybody is interested, shoot me an IM, and I'll see if I can get the req# or some way of finding the job posting. |
