Just picked it up today. 20" barreled MSAR STG-556. Very cool gun, got it from CDNN and pretty cheap comparably. It came in a right hand configuration but I switched the bolt over to a left hand setup. Waiting on some 30 round magazines to arrive later this week.

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e252/nonvtecjohn/IMAG0436.jpg this is from earlier today, myself and two other GA arfcommers got together for a little relaxation. sorry bout the crappy cell pic, but it was a last minute "we are loading up to head home better snap one quick" picture. in this mix there are two middy pieced together AR's, one 20" AR, a Sig556, a Beretta 92fs, a Mosin numbers matching carbine, and two real firearms (1911's of course) great fun was had, and only an old desktop and a self healing reactive target were hurt. Hahahaha, leave it to you to keep on beatin me up after we part ways for the day. ;) Following the rules of the thread...I haven't gotten around to builidng an AR just yet...it's only a matter of time, though. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v601/AFSil80/0521012036.jpg Sig 556-006ER with an iTAC Defense Prismatic scope, and Beretta 92FS Vertec. I like to keep things relatively simple. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v601/AFSil80/0424011757.jpg My Cetme...it needs some attention since the last time I shot it ended up with 4 consecutive soft strikes which ended that day of range time. :/ I was in love with this gun until that happened. |

A real joy to shoot, but a beast to find parts for. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j154/Stoutwalker/IMG_2337-1.jpg Stormy: My most recent purchase, a Remington 870 Express 12. Now sporting a speedfeed stock and fore end set. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j154/Stoutwalker/IMG_2342.jpg Scarlett: I picked this up a few years back. It's an Anschutz .22 target rifle, I believe from the early 70's. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j154/Stoutwalker/IMG_2343.jpg Anne: This is the first gun I ever owned, it was given to me by a family friend when I was 17, after I earned my Eagle Scout award. It's a Savage/Stevens .22, I think it sold for like $50 at Montgomery Ward back in the early 80's. I found the scope when I was the Range officer at a scout camp, and the red, white and blue flash on the stock is an Eagle Scout medallion for a hiking staff. The friend who gifted me with that was looking for a first rifle for his son, and told me he'd like to pass his first rifle onto his son. Trouble was, he gave his first rifle away years ago, to me. Being the sentimental guy that I am, I am sending this back to him to give to his son (who is about to join the Boy Scouts, himself). |

The grip frame is a Fusion and all the parts are Ed Brown. Woody did an outstanding job finishing the pistol for me. The other pistol is another Fusion build completed by Woody for his brother, Nuum. With it was mine! Mark And now a 1911 is back at the top of my list. EDIT to add pic so as not to break the rules. Heres the 10/22 Mutki and I built for our dad. |
