Having passed through two committees, it looks like HB 746 will come up for a vote next week. Make sure to call your representatives and voice your support!

I heard the sponsor of this bill on the radio today and the bill isn't really implementing constitutional carry.  It will only allow concealed
carry without a permit in the same places that already allow open carry.  A concealed carry permit allows carry in more places than are allowed
with open carry.  This won't change.  However, it is a step in the right direction and you are right in urging people to contact their representatives
to support it.  There is a lot of vocal opposition from the usual suspects, so keep the pressure on your reps.
