Hello fellow members
Turns out I have a buried storm water drain pipe leaking in my front yard. Much to my dismay the leak has created a fairly large hole in the front yard.

At any rate the pipe is concrete 15” to 18” in diameter and leaking at one of the joints. Can any one recommend a company to repair this in Cabarrus county/Charlotte area? It seems like this work is above the average plumbing company so any insight will be appreciated.
The city won’t repair it but I was told it should be fixed with a concrete sleeve or by pouring flowable fill around the area of the leak.
thanks
