who has the cheapest transfer fees around Raleigh ?  Best I have found is $25  

Sovereign Guns in Fuquay Varina is $20 if I recall, but you'll probably use $5 in gas to get there and back from Raleigh lol.

It's not better than $25, but the last time I had to do a transfer a couple years ago, PDHSC on Tryon Road south of Raleigh was 30 bucks.

Master Tactical arms is $25. It is basically a refinishing business run out of a storage unit at Lake Wheeler and I40. Used to be $15, but the owner moved further away.
