I would seek out someone who specializes in family law. The NC State Bar has a board certification in family law. It's not required, and many really good lawyers don't have it, but anyone that does carry that cert has proven that they do a significant percentage of their time with family law issues, has passed an additional rigorous exam, etc |

my wife served me papers about a month ago.took my 10 yo son and left. I did see it coming. IM me if you need to talk,have a beer do some shooting.
the first month is the hardest .you go thru denial, anxiety[ sp] depression and loneliness the hardest thing is not seeing my son every day . I live in Garner Hang in there Marty |
