Anyone here live close and have a jon boat I could rent for the week?   We've got a house on the water this year,  so I'm just looking for something small to go up and down the inter coastal along the island.

Talk to Sheffield's in Ocean Isle. They might not have a jon boat to rent but they have (or at least had) pontoon boats you can rent or can probably point you in the right direction to rent a job boat. Ocean Isle Fishing Center is another choice, but I think their rates are higher.
