Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - local upper build help

hey guys,
I'm looking to see if anyone can help me in the raleigh area with an upper build. Just moved to Raleigh so i don't have any of my tools. Ive got a 14.5 socom barrel, need to take FSB off to remove the handgaurd cap, and then install a rail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can buy the beer and food!
