Does anyone have any leads on decent jobs in the Linville area? I figure I could drive a radius of Boone, Marion, Elizabethton. Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks for the replies! For the past ten years I've been in gunsmithing, but any sort of machine shop operations would be fine.
I have extensive experience in auto mechanics (sold my tools years ago though) and I can handle pretty much anything mechanical.

We could use a gunsmith up here . . .

Next time your in Boone stop by Grashal Outdoors, Cornbread Tactical, and Extreme Pawn and talk to them about gunsmithing.

There's also a place in Foscoe, I forgot the name but it's right on 105 . . . something tactical.

There's also a place in Linville between the post office and Citgo.

Talk to all these places about gunsmithing.

GE in West Jefferson is hiring CNC machinist. Might be a little far to drive if you already live south of Boone.

You mentioned E-town (I assume TN)

If so then Piney Flats is an option?

about an hour from Grandfather mountain campground/1-1/4 hr from Boone Brewery

going through roan mountain

ETA: about 15 minutes from E-town, machinist/gun smithing etc, let me know
