On a side note. With a tax rate to choke a horse they spend $3.2 million dollars on Rankin Park...............Build a convention center.........the list goes on and on.

The city will be complaining about not having any money later........................3.2 million for a renovation?.................which city counsel members' cousin or BIL done the project.
