Need some advice on some local help near Warsaw.

Need to hire some contractors for work that is honest, done right and fairly priced.  Not from that area so I don't the locals.

I have been told that it is the "wild west" for contractors due to all of the building at Lake of the Ozarks.


1. Small metal siding repair for a residence

2. Concrete flat work for a one car carport

3. Septic pump out services

4. Small air conditioning system installed for 900' sq foot cabin with a loft

AND

5. 40 to 70 hp utility tractor for sale with brush hog & FEL

Got the Tractor bought and the concrete done.

How about a recommendation for a metal siding contractor and an AC guy.

Bought a 2015 Massey Ferguson 1759 with a cab and a DL130 FEL. It has less than 50 hrs on her and will do everything that we need it for. 
It's more tractor than I was initially wanted to buy but the air conditioned/heated cab appealed to me. I'm older than I used to be!

The price was more than right.

Nice, always better to have a little more tractor than not enough.
