Just a plug for some refreshingly great customer service if you ever need any safe work.

Had been putting off getting my safe looked at as had gotten to where was total hit or miss if I could get the dam thing open - afraid to lock it. Since had to empty it and move it out after getting basement wet last weekend, figured now was the time. After several unreturned calls over the past 3-4 months to an area well known safe source who I bought it from originally, I gave up. Called http://batesstlock.com/ , totally prompt, courteous response and service.  Ken is in process of moving to new location and offered to take time out of his move on Sat to help. I pulled the door and ran it down to him yesterday, an hour later I am on my way home with a freshly cleaned,  lubed lock that is smooth as butter that opens every time. Awesome service, nice guy -
