The people I purchase them from start with the season in Texas and follow it up to Canada.
A couple of years ago I was picking up a pound and asked how they were doing on the shrooms. They told me they were packing up 1,100 LBS! for shipment. |

Got a bunch over the weekend. Bucket full at least. Mid week I expect Platte Co area to explode. I go out and hunt hardcore every year.

Found a big yellow one out by Fort Osage yesterday. Looked as if it had popped a week ago, all dried up and crumbly.
Been a weird morel season to say the least. |

Found 21 yesterday that weighed around 1 3/4 lb.... big ol' yellow ones. Usually find them at the end of turkey season not the start. Near Sedville.
