Been waiting for this to see what all is on the ballot THIS time.   Looks like 5 amendments, one proposition and a supreme court judge.
Seems fairly cut and dried on everything but the judge....  I don't smoke, but I don't want additional taxes, I don't like out of state money influencing our elections, (Not that it would stop anyone.), you need an ID to vote and then there's the judge.

What does anyone know about Judge Teitelman?

Interesting.

Interesting.  But it was post Heller, pre-McDonald v Chicago.  He rightfully notes that Heller confirms the Second Amendment as an individual right, but it only applied to the Federal Government.  At the time of this writing, the Second had not been incorporated against the states.  So his analysis was spot-on.

Today, he would have to rule differently, as the controlling Supreme Court decisions have changed, and Missouri is fully subject to the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.  It wasn't, then.
