What general part of the state is this in? A little North of Kansas City Ah, thanks. My wife and I would liked to have attended, as we miss the "Mid Missouri Shoots" from 10+ years ago. Sadly the mower broke and I have to spend Saturday wrenching. I hope everyone has a great time. Be safe! |

I couldn't make this one, but maybe you could throw another one next month

Good times.
My 9mm was nasty. Ended up replacing the sear and buffer this morning (ETA - Just standard maintenance. It was time.) Didn't break anything during the shoot, which may be a first for me. |

Ok, so it wasn't supposed to do it then. Sounded kind of like a zipper unzipping real fast. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Sounded kind of like a zipper unzipping real fast. Nope, that's exactly what it was supposed to do. I can run it at about half a dozen different speeds with a factory sized upper (bullet weights, can, buffers, MAC Jack, tungsten or standard bolt + combinations of the previous) and with other uppers there are tons of options. The way it was set up then was about as fast as it can go without NIB plating parts or using an elastomeric type MAC Jack. |
|
Had a blast guys, it was good seeing all of you again! Vince, congrats on your Thompson, it looks like you have quite the find, and thank you for letting me shoot it, gotta love a classic! Bryce, that M11 with the jacked upper is rediculious fast, yet pleasantly controllable, thanks for sharing.

I have to admit I kind of liked that SBR Mini-14 select fire. That was nice.
I think the MP-40s were my favorite. Always wanted one. But a MAC would be fun too! |
|
Damn, I just saw this thread. That said I wouldn't have been able to attend anyways due to work. I hope you all had fun!
