This is a really weird story.

Dude was driving westbound on 150 in a Suburban when he began weaving around on the road and spun out in the median. Witnesses called 911, and the responding LEOs found the driver had a gun shot wound. There are no obvious holes in the vehicle, and KCPD hasn't said if there was a firearm in the vehicle.

Did he have a ND behind the wheel, did some kind of JFK bullet enter the vehicle in a less than obvious location, or was he shot before entering the vehicle?

Where was he going? The fastest hospital from his location would have been Belton, but he was driving west towards JoCo. I suppose he could have been going to St. Jo or Menorah, but that's a long way and a shitload of red lights to try to drive with a GSW.

Ya, that is crazy...wonder if the guy had a cell phone?  But why not stop and ask for help?  Did he shoot himself and was just to embarrassed to call 911?

Story has been updated... Stolen truck, a guy was found inside (also stolen), PD no longer investigating as a homicide.

That's a bad place to be doing stupid things, Honeywell has zero sense of humor.
