Quoted: I was seeing an upper case on my google nanny feed. I had ordered one already but kinda liked the one presented in the ad a bit better. Got my case and didn't like it, sent it back. Can't find that upper case to save my life. It was tan and opened up like a wallet. Would fit a 20 inch upper and I think the cost was $44. 26 inches long. Can't remember who made or sold it. Anyone see such a critter? Never heard of an ""Upper Case", as in a case for just an upper? |

I haven't seen what you're talking about, but if you don't find it maybe a tennis bag would work for you.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am looking for something more compact than the LaRue. Convey makes a breakdown carbine case that is close to the other one. Only 8 inches wide which will work if I can't relocate the other one.

I remember the ad. I believe it was a "spare barrel bag" that could be used for an upper case.

Damage Industries has one on sale put out in their Father's Day Sale email. It's 26 inches long and Coyote Brown, but appears it is for a 16" upper. $39.98

I've ordered from them 5 or 6 times. They've always shipped pretty fast and by USPS Priority 2-Day. They used to run killer sales on their buffers, springs and 7075 receiver extensions. Not so much anymore. Parts kit is also on sale for $27 (Item Number 10070x11145) if you like spare parts at a good price. |
