I google lots of phone numbers as they come in......it's amazing how many people post their phone numbers on a craigslist ad, forums, or it attached to some other contact info.
If nothing else, it should give you the carrier information. Call them up or call the police. You can also *67 and call him back, or get a burner phone from WalMart and start calling. |

Like DeLorean said, try Google first. That often brings up sites will give you the info (though there may be a fee), which will at least let you know if it's local.

Unless he's using a spoof number, there are programs available to change what number is transmitted.
I had one call from 000-000-0000
