Alright, I'm about ready to burn this damn house to the ground since it's been nothing but trouble since we moved in. A few weeks ago I went into the garage and saw that a quarter of it had lots of standing water. It looked like it was centralized around the old refrigerator we have in there so I chucked it up to that. Fast forward to last night's thunderstorm and it happened again, but this time I caught it early enough to see that it's coming from the concrete wall against the back.

So, do any of you know a good foundation guy that can come take a look at this?
