Latest on chan 2 says shooter is a convicted felon- no jail for the shoot. jail for possession

Should have had the female pull the trigger.
However, I don't think I would shoot THROUGH a door. Once that door swung open is a different ballgame. Personally though, if it were up to me, I would give the guy a break on this one. |

Mixed thoughts on this one. On one hand had it been me on the inside of the house I surely would not want someone telling me I could not use deadly force to protect both me and my female (dont know if they where married). On the other hand, the law is the law and he gave up his rights to owning a firearm. Also Karma as some say is a bitch. The felon is being attacked by one of his ilk. For that I got to laugh at the karma shit...

If he is such a threat as to never own/use/look at firearms again, he should still be in prison.
That said, he probably should look to get whatever kind of deal he can. |
