Got our new ammo business of the ground! (This is not an attemp to sell mods!) it's been a long crazy road be we are here and started delivering product last week! So, that being said, besides the obvious, like 5.56, .308, 9mm, and 45, what rounds are you using a lot of? I won't post the business name till I get the ad deal finalized with ar15.com which should be this week, but I'm curious if there's something we let slip through the cracks?

My nickel - and not trying to tell you how to run your shop! - is that building a solid customer base on the major calibers (as listed) for a steady income is probably your best bet. When you've got the inventory/press down time to do a caliber swap, that's when it's time to do things like short runs of 300BLK, or .357Mag/.38Spl, etc.

Actually, while I left it off the list, 300blk does pretty well for us, enough to keep one camdex running full time.

.22 isn't really an option for us till we invest in plate loading equipment, we just can't justify the cost unless we can produce 1,000,000 rounds per shift, and we're a while away from that.

it is, but some day we'd like to revive it, just like 45-70 and 38-40. Surely someone, somewhere would buy it if we started making it right?

Any match grade ammunition?  .308 match, any of the 6mm's match, and .260 in match grade would flat SELL OUT so long as it is decently priced and performs.

That is what I was going to suggest. There is quite a market for it.
If it will chamber in .300 whisper/.300 fireball be sure to list that. A lot of us are running our whispers and laughing at the blackout crowd.

ETA;
A 125 grain hunting bullet and/or a 220 (or heavier) jacketed subsonic for the suppressor guys.

No no no... What I am making is much more valuable than mere money. Case in point, throwing dollar bills at a zombie just makes for a rich zombie, you still get dead.... Throwing 220gr VLD rounds at a zombie means you get to keep your money, and your life. having ammo is a win... win situation! But alas, the power company doesn't take ammo in trade, (apparently they haven't seen World War Z yet) so i must exchange a few of my precious valuables for some paper of questionable value!!!

After having sent the proper e-mails, I feel comfortable to go ahead and post the name of the company at least, the caveat here is, I am not advocating nor asking anyone to buy anything from me. Just check the site out and give any input that is constructive and that you feel is appropriate.

Thanks guys

FYI, there are some pretty good shots of my sammich maker on there!

Looks like a good start! If I might make one suggestion: have a "store" (Shop now/buy now/whatever) link on Every. Single. Page. It's very frustrating to click "back" a few times to find the right link.

Congrats on the new business and site!

Seems like some pretty reasonable prices.  I know that even my tight ass couldn't process 500 rounds of 5.56 for $17!

I don't get down around Neosho much, but for the guys that do, is there an option to cut out the shipping and pick up an order directly?

You could corner the market on 6x45 factory ammo. Cor-Bon is the only one that makes it and you can't get it. Also isn't hornady quitting the 450 bushmaster or now? Might try to pick up some of that kind of business. 50 Beowulf would be a good one also.
