Never heard of him.
However, a (very) brief stroll through his twitter has revealed that he is a moron of the highest caliber. |

I'd never heard of him before till he started showing up on FNC to give his biased opinions.
His law office is in some two story building on the east side of B'ham. But when he did a live shoot from a conference room with his name on the back wall he has what looks like a high up view of the city. ie trying to make it look like he is in some tall building over looking B'ham. I just laughed. |

From what I can tell he is basically a low-rent personal injury lawyer. Not sure how he managed to get the "talking head" gigs though. Used to be another guy in town that did similar appearances as a "military expert" on Fox News that ran a few business into the ground locally.
I just assume any guest contributor on a cable news channel is full of shit. Bet Eric bumps up his slip-n-fall calls every time he is on air though. |
