There's an RK Shows Prepper Show at the Von Braun Center next weekend (1/7-1/8). I went to the last one they held there and it wasn't too bad. The entrance fee is a bit higher than the gun shows ($12) and there are no gun or ammo sales allowed, but they did have plenty of gun parts, optics, armor, USGI surplus, MRE's, survival tools, medical supplies, ammo cans, and the like there. Plus, they have classes throughout the day (both days) on various SHTF/TEOTWAWKI subjects (first aid, food storage, etc.).

I'll likely go on Saturday morning, since I don't have to work.

Last time, I scored some used PMAGs pretty cheaply, as well as a surplus USMC bayonet and a rather unique Eagle Industries bag, which I now use to carry my o/u 12ga AOW.

I keep seeing the signs. I figured it would be worse than a gun show and was geared towards the crazy preppers like those you see on the TV shows.

It was way better than I imagined.
