I stopped by this Burger King at 1555 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover AL store #4431 after picking up a recent transfer at Hoover Tactical. I entered one door and exited another. I noticed this sign as I exited. The sign was not placed on all doors otherwise I would not have entered. So they threaten to have citizens arrested for participating in legal activities without adequate warning of their policies. I sent corporate a note today letting them know I will not be going back till the sign is taken down. |

There's one on the building I had to go inside of today in Montgomery. It was the first one I have seen that singles out open carry. Is this a "legal" response to Strange's ruling and statement?
Oh yeah, good thing I was cc'ing!!!!

There's a hardware near here that has a "no open carry" sign on the door; then has signs for sale, on a rack visible through the front window, including one of these.   |

I thought the signs carried ZERO legal weight UNLESS the customer refused a lawful order to leave when requested to by LE, IE trespassing. Has this changed? Can you actually be charged with entering if there's a sign? |

Back to the subject at hand:
Has anyone been to the Texaco on Old Madison Pike near Shelton Road in Madison lately? Last time I went there, they had a hand drawn "No Open Carry" sign on their door. Since I had already pumped $250 worth of diesel in my truck, I went in any way. Same people that were there all the years I had seen when I lived in Madison. No one said a word about the S&W 329PD open carried on my right hip, but they hadn't said anything the previous 3 years either. This was probably almost 2 years ago since it's been that long since we sold our house in Madison then. |
