I traded in my '08 Fort Mustang GT Bullitt for an '11 BMW 335d at Tom Williams BMW (BMW of Birmingham). They were pretty nice to work with. I don't have any complaints. The nice thing is it's a large auto complex so there's other things you can comparison shop at the same location. I live in Huntsville so I never used them for service or anything else thought once I got the vehicle.

Donahoo down in Pelham usually has a good selection of used Audis and BMWs. I don't know how they are to deal with though.
