I'm going to be spending a night in Montgomery soon and am needing some help where to stay while I'm down.

How is the area around the Bass Pro Shop? Any other areas worth looking at?

It's a good area and only ten minutes from downtown Montgomery if that's where you are headed.  BPS has a good restaurant also.

The area around Bass Pro Shop at the 179 exit is a good area.  The area around the 181 exit is good as well, although traffic can be heavy.
