OK ARFCOM,  need some help tracking down the rightful owner to this Shepherd.

Black (Bicolor) German Shepherd
-Male
-Neutered
-Friendly (came up to us while were were building in the back yard)
-Found near FORT MCCLELLAN (ANNISTON, ALABAMA) in the CANE CREEK neighborhood across from LENLOCK WALMART.  
-wearing collar, no tags.  
-if he is not claimed by tuesday, we will take him to the vet to get him scanned for a chip (memorial day weekend has everything closed)

YOU MUST PROVIDE SOME FORM OF PROOF OF OWNERSHIP.  We need to get him back to his rightful owner.
