Many people in Alabama obtain Utah Concealed Firearm Permits because it offers reciprocity for at least 7 more states than our Alabama permits provide, including places like Ohio and Virginia.  The entire permit process can be done by mail and it is less than half the cost of a FL non-resident permit.  More details at UTAH BCI Concealed Carry permits

The class that is required to apply for the Utah CFP will be taught Sunday, December 7th from 1:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in Trussville, cost is $75, this is a classroom only class, no range portion or live fire.   Details and registration at AFTS web site
