I'm wanting to talk to someone who works at ERL in New Albany. I'd like to know about the corporate culture, and the pay scale.

About me:

I'm attending Machine School to learn how to operate mills, lathes, and CNC's. I currently live in Oklahoma, grew up in the New Albany area. I will complete my training next May, at that time I would like to relocate back to Indiana and ERL is one of the places I am interested in working. I'll have several NIMS certifications, which I am told will help me in when it comes to landing a job. I'm open to working at other places as well, and would welcome some recommendations of companies that use CNC Techs.
