Probably Beech Grove Firearms.
I have had good luck with them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would consider that to be on the Eastern side. On the farther East side of Indy, there is POPGUNS. I do not shop there. I do not recommend using them. I might even say I recommend not using them. |

I did a transfer at Plainfield Shooting Supplies, which would be on the West side of town past the airport, obviously. Great guys and speedy process. Cost was $20 I believe.
