Just got into Plymouth, will be here till the 18th working. I brought the scooter & was curious if there were any good rides, attractions etc.  that I might be able to do on Sunday (my only day off). Any input appreciated. Thanks !

I don't know much about Plymouth, but South Bend is about half an hour up the road. The Notre Dame campus is really nice in the summer, and not very busy. Not a bad place to walk around for an hour or so.

If you like baseball, the South Bend minor league baseball team has a home game Sunday at 2pm.

Amish Acres is just up the road in Nappanee. They have a round barn theatre and currently feature the plays "Plain and Fancy" and "Little Women". Its a fun, cozy atmosphere. I've only seen "Plain and Fancy" and it was pretty entertaining.
