mayland code is kinda funny

the hbar rule stems from the "Colt AR - 15 Sporter H - BAR rifle" not being an assault rifle, and therefore not banned

i cannot find any info of this is 5.56 only

basically can the hbar be legally changed to a lighter provile if its not a 5.56/223?

msp pointed me to this

man this stat is confusing

i think i may just stick to a heavy barrel no matter the caliber

Stamp HB into it and voila heavy barrel.

There is no conclusive definition from MSP on what makes barrel "heavy"

not enforced, who cares,
