not only can you have them, you can finish them and everything.   You're just limited in what you build:

Pistol
SBR > 29" OAL (10.5" or longer barrel, assuming you use a "regular" length collapsing stock)
Anything that's HBAR (as long as the barrel is marked or otherwise marketed as "HBAR contour"  you're good to go)
