Form1 SBR disapproval question - Page 1

[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Form1 SBR disapproval question

I submitted a Form 1 for an SBR and received a Disapproved from ATF stating that:

Under reason for making the SBR I included "All lawful purposes", should I have put something else in for the reason? Anyone else had this come up submitting a Form 1 for an SBR?

As a follow up, it's because I had total length at 28", anything under 29" needs to be approved per MD regs: MD shooters link to issue

regardless of actual length, the paperwork is always at least 29" for md form 1's

Thanks for the update, i was worried as I did 2 form 1's with "all legal purposes" last week.
