Good morning gents.

An old friend invited me to go shooting in MD on his land.

I'd like to bring one of my ARs, a few suppressors, and one of my SBSs.

I'll fill out the 5320.20.

State law wise, am I good? I know the 30 round mags are good, but my ARs don't have heavy barrels. Is that okay since I'm not a resident?

Any issues with cans or SBSs?

I saw 20 people viewed and didn't know.

I emailed the Maryland State Police and will provide updates.

You've owned everything since before October 2013, right?

Wink, wink, wink.

Cans no trouble.
SBS good to go unless it's something on the ban list.

I don't know why you emailed MSP.  The MD HTF is just slow, but it'll get the job done.

Awesome, so all regular ARs are grandfathered if before 2013?

Thanks condoms!

I don't see any trouble coming, but always like to know the law.

sounds like you are good to go, for what its worth, the MSP don't enforce FSA 2013.
