For those of us who have never been, what can we expect to see?

Lots of HBARs and other long guns of all sorts, handguns, ammo, ammo cans, milsurp stuff, misc firearms accessories of all kinds, etc.  Generally not many mags thanks to the 10 round limit.  I've never left empty handed!

Can I sell an AR at this gunshow? (no HBAR markings, pre 2013 lower)

if you purchased it regulated, probably not legal to sell it.  Legal AR configurations can be sold at the show.

There will be some of the MKE MP5 clones (the new Zenith imports built on HK machines) at the show.  I fondled the MP5 clone last night, it's sweet .  I'm real tempted to purchase but I'll save up for a transferable MP5.  I think prices of the transferable ones are going to eventually come back down to Earth although it may take 10-20 years.

Don't forget about the half dozen tables of the cheap Chinese optics.

On the brighter side, there is likely to be a few vendors there selling 80% lowers/frames and the associated jigs.

Last 80% AR lowers I saw at a show (can't remember which one) were $90.  Tactical Machining has them for $29, no one can beat that.

Good show, I got a Battle Arms short throw selector, seekins bolt catch and a 325 box of Federal Auto Match, all for $100.  I'm happy!  Tons of AR lowers.  I meant to get some Anderson uppers for $55 but forgot about them before I left.
