Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Painters in the Waldorf area?

So we need the upstairs level of our house painted so we can put it on the market next Spring?  We moved in in 2008 and never got around to it. We want to put it on the market next Spring, so it must be painted. Anyway, the previous owners just painted over the wallpaper, so I'm not sure if they should just paint over it or strip the wallpaper etc. Any good local, licensed guys around here?
