It's prolly cheaper to just buy a built rifle. Obviously the M1As are banned but here is a good list with great prices:

You could try Virginia Arms in Manassass, Quantico Tactical in Woodbridge, or Sharpshooters Range in Springfield.
If they don't have it, you could order it throught them. |

Chuck at Tyler Firearms had some Aero .308 lowers last time I was in. And if he doesn't have any in stock he can order them. Not sure about other brands.

Im 100% positive Freestate Gun Range has them, im just not sure of the price. I was just out there yesterday and they look to have a nice amount in stock . Give them a call if you're still interested. (410) 335-5100
