BALTIMORE —A federal appeals court has set oral arguments over the constitutionality of a Maryland law banning 45 assault weapons and gun magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.

Arguments scheduled for March 24

Is Maryland strict with pump shotguns wit a pistol grip? What are the laws for them? Do they have a hard on for them like they do for handguns? Especially people from out of state or passing through?
