I was wondering about the legality of the Tavor in MD. I know they make the RS version with the 18" barrel. Does anyone know if it would be legal to buy that version and replace the stock muzzle device with a brake as long as it's 29" OAL? If I do this, does it have to be pinned/welded? Also, is there a thicker butt pad made for these to add a little extra length?

Second question: nope, no thicker buttpads, only thinner ones available.
