THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I know Baltimore - like every major city - has it's good parts and bad parts. Can anybody suggest a few hotels they know of somewhat near the sports stadiums that are in safe locations (I think it's right by the harbor)? |

The Hilton in Baltimore is nice.
That's from an Orioles game, and Oriole Park is right next to M&T Bank stadium so it's very close.I believe there is also a Marriot very close to the Hilton. |

Thanks for the suggestions.
Unfortunately, I just searched about nine hotels all around the harbor there (Hilton, Days Inn, Hyatt, etc) and they're all out of rooms for that night. Looks like I shouldn't have waited til two weeks before.
Know of any other hotels a little further away but not in the scummy areas of Baltimore? |

The Raddison on Fayette is nice as is the Sheraton next door.
It's about a 10 minute walk to the stadium from there. |

Thanks for the replies.
It looks like we're gonna look for a Holiday Inn Express somewhere outside the city. |

Look into one right near a light rail station to avoid driving. I know how all those soccer fans like to get completely hammered.

Unless things have changed in the past 3 years I wouldn't ride the light rail at night.
