Can An "out of state" resident purchase a "Regulated" firearm in MD?  

Found an AR I want but because I am a Texas Resident with a Texas DL and in the area temporarily.  (originally from Baltimore, Parents still there).  I am not looking to have it shipped back to Texas anytime soon so buying it here and shipping home is not an option anytime soon.
