If you are using a realitor, they should be able to answer your questions. In the current local market, if you don't have a purchase agreement in less than 30-60 days, you are probably priced incorrectly or have something wrong with the home. I offloaded a rental property this spring and had a purchase agreement in 4 days despite the tenant trying to block as many showings as they could.
